“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
— Lao Tzu

Places I've been,
moments I've loved,
memories I want to keep.

My love of travel began at an early age, driven by a curiosity about the world and a desire to discover new places, experience different cultures and see what lay beyond the familiar.

My first trip abroad was at sixteen, travelling by coach with a friend to Calella on Spain’s Costa Brava. A year later, I took the train on my own to Bordeaux, where I spent a week with family. Those early adventures sparked something that has stayed with me ever since: the joy of discovering new places, the freedom of travelling independently and the excitement of not always knowing exactly what lies ahead.

I’ve always enjoyed travelling on my own, setting my own pace and following my own curiosity. But sharing the journey can be just as special. Luckily, my partner Stuart is every bit as adventurous as I am, and we love discovering the world together.

Our latest adventure is a motorhome, opening up even more possibilities to explore at our own pace, take the scenic route, linger a little longer in places we love and discover hidden gems along the way.

Every journey has its own story, its own special moments and memories worth keeping. Through these pages, I’d love to share a little of what I’ve discovered along the way, the places that have captured my heart, the experiences that have stayed with me and the adventures that have shaped my love of travel.

Because, for me, travel has never been just about the destination. It’s about the freedom to explore, the stories we collect along the way and the memories that stay with us long after we’ve returned home.
